Ram Chandra leads enterprise technology strategy, AI adoption, and digital transformation across healthcare and government sectors in Nepal. His work sits at the intersection of software architecture, interoperability standards, and public-sector delivery designing systems that hold up at national scale.

He has led multidisciplinary engineering teams through full SDLC and Agile delivery, integrated enterprise systems through REST APIs and international health-data standards, and built executive dashboards that turn operational data into decisions.
